Quick answers

How do I back up or move to a new phone?

Go to Settings › Your data › Export my data and save the .forge file to Files or iCloud Drive. On the new phone, open that file or use Import data. Everything comes back, streaks and ranks included.

Importing replaces everything on that phone. Any workouts, routines, goals and awards already there are deleted. Import onto a new phone, or export the phone's own data first if you want to keep it.
How do I import my workouts from Hevy?

In Hevy, go to Settings › Export & Import Data › Export Workouts. Then open the CSV in Fitness Forge Pro, or use Settings › Your data › Import from Hevy. It only adds what's new, so you can import again later.

My rest alert didn't show up

Check that Rest over is on in Settings › Alerts, and that notifications for Fitness Forge Pro are allowed in iOS Settings. A Focus can hold alerts back unless it allows time-sensitive notifications.

A shared routine link opened the website, not the app

That happens when the app isn't installed yet. Install it, then tap the link again and the routine opens in the app, ready to add.

Apple Health readings aren't appearing

Make sure Connect is on in Settings › Apple Health, then check Health › Sharing › Apps › Fitness Forge Pro and allow weight and body fat. Readings sync each time you open the app.
