The loop
Everything in the app protects one loop, so it stays fast mid-set and readable at arm's length.
Weight and reps come filled in from your last set. Steppers move 2.5 at a time. Tick it off and your rest timer starts on its own.

Every completed set feeds your estimated one-rep max. Beat your best and the set gets a trophy the moment it happens.

Set a 135 kg bench by a date. The goal follows your logged lifts and tells you the day you get there.

Estimated 1RM, total volume or heaviest weight per workout, over a month, three months, a year or all time. Your goal shows as a dashed line.

Plan Push Day once, start it in one tap. Give every set its own reps, weight and rest, or reuse last time's weight.

Starts when you tick a set. Nudge it 15 s either way. A short chime plays over your music, and an alert reaches you if the phone is locked.
Pair two or three lifts and rest only after the round. Add a drop and it starts 20% lighter, ready to log.
Track weight, body fat and muscle mass next to your lifting, with the change since you started.
Reads your weight and body fat, saves your workouts. It all stays between your iPhone and the Health app.
Search every workout by name or exercise, and jump to any month to see how often you trained.
Rest over, a goal due soon, or a lift trending up or down. Each one has its own switch, and all start off.
Streaks, awards and ranks
Pick how many days a week you train. Hit it and the week counts. Every eight weeks you bank a rest week, so a deload or a sick week doesn't wipe out months of work.

Private by design
There's no server behind the app. Your workouts are never sent anywhere, so there's nothing to leak, sell or lose when a company shuts down.
Nothing to sign up for in the app and no password to forget. Open it and log.
The app has no analytics, no tracking and no ads.
Export everything to one .forge file in Files, iCloud Drive or AirDrop. It's how you move to a new phone.
Export every completed set as a CSV for Excel or Google Sheets, whenever you like.
Share a routine
Share Push Day as a link or a QR code. The routine travels inside the link itself, so nothing is stored on a server and no personal details go with it. Your friend taps it and it's in their app.

Switching from Hevy
Export your workouts from Hevy as a CSV and open it here. Exercises are matched, supersets and drop sets come across, and your awards and rank are worked out from the training you've already done.

Follow your phone, or build a palette of your own. The editor warns you if text gets hard to read, and warnings like Overdue keep their colour so nothing important hides.

Email us to ask for an invite. We invite people in small groups, and if you're picked you'll get a reply with a link to install the beta through Apple's TestFlight app. Beta builds can have rough edges, and your feedback goes straight to the person who builds the app. Not everyone who asks will get an invite before launch.
No. It will be a one-time purchase, with no ads and nothing to renew.
No. This site has no forms and no sign-ups, so it never asks for your email. If you email us, your message stays in our inbox, is used only to reply, and is deleted whenever you ask. The app itself needs no account and no email at all.
